I went to two other dealerships before Five Star and one asked me to finance through them 6 times after that I went ahead and walked. I had already been approved through my personal bank. The second dealership tried to get me to finance through them as well and after I said no told me they couldn’t get a deal done on a truck, but could get me into a Ford Focus. The salesperson knew I was looking for a truck I took that disrespectful and walked. When I got to Five Star Ford a salesman by the name of John Hilsonger approached me. I told John exactly what I was looking for and what I needed my trade to be, without any hesistation John found me the truck I was looking for. John asked one time if I would consider financing with Ford and after I explained to him that I had my own financing that was the end of it (thankfully) I needed a certain number for my trade in and Five Star Ford was able to meet what I needed. We got the deal done and I will tell friends and family of the great experience I had with Five Star Ford. More

Our intent was to compare two different styles of SUV's but instead discovered that a Ford F-150 was more suitable for our needs. After hours of us running the sales person back and forth, we settled on the perfect vehicle for us. From the Internet Sales Manager, Finance Manager and the Aftermarket Director the experience was seem less (and not traumatic).
