I visited Five Star Ford dealership to purchase a new car, the same day that I totaled my vehicle. The employees I interacted with, especially Danny Trauth (sales) and Gary White (management), were very knowledgeable about seemed genuinely interested in helping me find exactly the vehicle in the price range that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a sale. Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed in the price range I wanted and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to visit your dealership in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Great buying experience! Worked with Crystal Sanders on the purchase of my new F-150. She was instrumental in getting as much money as possible out of my trade-in, and she ne Worked with Crystal Sanders on the purchase of my new F-150. She was instrumental in getting as much money as possible out of my trade-in, and she negotiated a very fair price on the new vehicle. All of the negotiations were handled via e-mail and just a few phone calls, which is exactly the way I wanted it. No games - just a straightforward sales process which respected my time. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. John Little helped out when it came time to pick up the new truck (Crystal was off work) and he did an excellent job in going over all of the features of the vehicle, and in making sure that the truck was flawless. The only minor issue throughout the process came when we had to meet with the finance guy, Joe Vasquez. We were kept waiting for about ½ hour while he was meeting with what appeared to be a couple of other finance guys. Meetings with customers should take priority. More

David Welch was exceptional in the finance end and gave me the most caring advise as to how he would treat his own family. I felt so much relief in how the transactions proceeded. I am in love with my 5 Star family. I can't think of the other 2 gentleman that helped me but instructions on all the bells and whistles on the car were awesome and the man in the heart suit that gave me flowers made my day!!! Wonderful experience buying a new udesd car!!!!! Mr. Lintz took the time to ask me what I wanted in a car and what was important to me as a customer.
