When we showed up to purchase, the Exp and price was just as discussed....no funny business. We went in, drove the Exp, signed the papers, paid, and were out of there in no time....no mess, no fuss. Will Green was our finance guy. He was funny, nice and explained everything perfectly. Jimmie Mathews was the tech/Sync guy. Although we wanted to figure out stuff for ourselves, he was very patient with us. He briefed us with an overview of the Exp, loaded FordPass to my phone, and explained how it all works.
