My first pleasant trip to a car dealership When going to a car dealership, I always plan on belong there all day, even if I don't need financing. This time what vehicle I wanted, Alfred El-Darazi checked to see if the vehicle was available and it was. We test drove the vehicle, agreed upon the final price and signed the paperwork. I was at the dealership for 2 hours, 1 hour testing the vehicle and determining the price, I went to lunch for an hour while the vehicle was being prepped for delivery and getting the paperwork together. The second hour was spent with the After market guy and the finance manager to sign all of the paperwork and I was done! I only gave 4 starts because I requested the availability of the vehicle via the website and never got a response. More

No customer service We took a company truck over to be worked on we were about 20 cars back and had about 20 behind us. We waited in line about 35-40 minutes and all the cars and trucks in front of us and behind us were taken care of before us. Then service could not get our truck repaired and we couldn't get any answers. Finally after about a week and a half we did get our truck back. I was looking for a truck so I ask about a truck on the lot and liked it. I gave the salesman all my information and told him where I needed to be and if he could get there on payments I would buy the truck. I was contacted and told I qualified for the truck and sent all the required paperwork to Five Star Ford. We agreed that I could come in at 5:00 pm and pick up the truck. When I arrived I was told the truck had sold. Then I was told to sign the papers and I could buy it from under the man who had just bought it! That is just not right. Kind of underhanded to customers.I agreed to drive another truck and liked it and told them where I needed the payments to be and we could not reach an agreement. The salesman was GREAT he did everything he could to make a deal work and was very nice.The interest rate they told me the best they could get was 10%. I did not buy the truck because we were about 100.00 dollars to high on the payment. The next day i did buy a truck at another Ford Dealer about 10 miles away from 5 Star and it was even more than the one at 5 Star and my payments were right where they needed to be and my interest rate is 4.95%. Just a little bit of effort goes a long way. I have always been a Ford person and hope to continue to be.dealer and will continue to buy Ford. More

Great Experience! Before I visited 5 Star Ford I visited approximately 15 dealerships. I wasn't sure about the type of car I wanted so I'm sure I'm a salesperson's wor Before I visited 5 Star Ford I visited approximately 15 dealerships. I wasn't sure about the type of car I wanted so I'm sure I'm a salesperson's worst nightmare! I was really turned off by the salesman trying to push me into a car saying over and over "When do you want to take delivery?" "I have the deal put together when do you want to sign?" So of course I kept looking and was skeptical to say the least when I go to 5 Star Ford. I originally called in and spoke to Jason. I told him one of the cars I was interested in and he had it pulled up and ready for me to test drive when I got there. The best part was that he wasn't pushy at all. As a matter of fact he showed me several vehicles without hesitation. I finally decided on the car I wanted and went to financing with Will and was disappointed that my interest rate was higher than I wanted. They gave me several options to think about and I walked the lot trying to decide what to do. I decided I still wanted to go with the car and went back to the finance department to find Will on the phone with the lender. He put me on the phone and then the lender agreed to go down to a rate that I was more comfortable with! So while I was shopping and thinking they were calling around working hard on my behalf. I could not be more grateful and excited that I finally found a great place to buy a car! If you don't want to be pressured but want to have a great team working hard to help you find a car at the payment you want to be at...go to 5 Star Ford and talk to Jason and Will! More

I spent 1 hour there Friday evening getting my car appraised and looking at various cars for lease and purchase. Went home and did my credit app online. Got a call Sat morning from my salesman Bob and went in for financing. I was there about 2 hours. Car was detailed while I worked with Will in financing. Loved the ease of this purchase. :) More

Tut was amazing and so friendly and he had everything ready to go I had no wait time, the papers were there and ready for me to sign. I was in and out of the dealership in 45 min. or less! More
