Our experience with the Finance Manager, David Hill was also pleasant. David demonstrated a professional, efficient approach to finalizing the deal. Once again, there was no pressure on the upsell items. David completed the finance office items in the shortest time we have experienced in many years of car buying. John may be the last honest man on earth. John asked why I was there for service. I told him everything and he said I should be able to wait 2,500 more miles before I need to get the works oil John asked why I was there for service. I told him everything and he said I should be able to wait 2,500 more miles before I need to get the works oil change. I said great but asked why last time at this very dealership they went ahead and charged me $45 for the oil change at 5,000 miles? He said he did not know but wrote down my VIN and would look it up. It took him a while but he did it. Come to find out I had a pre-paid maintenance plan that called for the first three "The Works" oil changes to be done every 5,000 miles and for free. He did not have to tell me this and he could have just charged me but he actually showed me on the computer and said he would talk to his service manager about getting me a refund for the last oil change I paid for with them. He got me "The Works" oil change today for free and said to come back in 5,000 miles and get another one for free to make up for the one I already paid for back in November with them. John did not have to do any of this but he did and I am glad I took my F150 into this dealership and he was my service person. I really appreciated it. Thank you. More

A Deal I Couldn't Refuse Our daughter is going away to college (Mercer Univ in Macon, GA) and we wanted to buy her a dependable and useful vehicle. We had considered the Honda HR-V but the dealerships we dealt with while seemingly interested in making a deal were firm in their pricing and even became a little contentious when it came to haggling (I'm old school). We saw 5-Star's Taya Kyle ad on TV and that tweaked my interest and I looked into the Escape on Edmund's as to reliability, etc. We came in on Memorial Day, ostensibly, to let my daughter look at and test drive the Escape and ended up buying one because 5-Star made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Our sales person was a sweet young girl (Brieanna Lopez) and was a delightful to deal with. She went out of her way to get us the Escape we wanted (even going to your Lewisville dealership to pick it up!). Your finance guy (David Hill) very efficiently and courteously completed the paperwork for us and 5-Star detailed and gassed up our new Escape and Ken McLemore came and thoroughly explained everything about all the bells & whistles on the Escape (even though my daughter was just anxious to drive off in it with her girlfriends!). The hamburger & hot dog lunch was pretty good too! Nice touch! More
