A 15 on a scale of 1 to 10 I dealt with Alfred El-Darazi back in 2009 when I purchased a F150. Through the years I have received cards from Alfred so when I decided to purchase I dealt with Alfred El-Darazi back in 2009 when I purchased a F150. Through the years I have received cards from Alfred so when I decided to purchase a 2016 F150 I returned to the dealership because of Alfred. He is a pleasure to work with and understands what it means to be a professional. A friend of mine returned with me to the dealership to pick up my new truck. He too has purchased cars from Alfred and we would both rate him as a 15 out of a possible 10. Alfred. Always a pleasure my friend. Steven Smaney More

I was updated about the problem with the car, when my car was finished & when the Courtesy Van would be at my office. Thank You! Your Courtesy Van Driver was great. Harry Waymire was pleasant, kind, courteous on time & a really good SAFE driver. I really appreciate that! Not only did he call me at the office to let me know that he had left FIVE STAR, but he called me when he arrived at my office. The Courtesy Van was a good experience! Thank you for good service! A sales experience from a sales person I’ve been in sales for over 15 years, when it comes to making a big purchase I am going to do my homework before pulling the trigger. I had researche I’ve been in sales for over 15 years, when it comes to making a big purchase I am going to do my homework before pulling the trigger. I had researched the different makes and models and narrowed it down to the F150 King ranch 4x4 so the next step was finding the dealership I wanted to purchase it from. I had a good friend purchase a truck from Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills previously and he gave me Ken McLemore’s information to reach out to. When I first met Ken I let him know what I was looking for, but that I was now shopping dealerships. He understood and did not try to push a sale on me and walked me around the dealership and explained how they do things at the dealership and their focus on customers. He showed me the different awards the dealership has won and continues to win for their focus on customer service and walked me back to the service department to introduce me to some of their team members in that department. I appreciated this experience as he listened to my needs at the time and met them…I did not have the same experience at other Ford dealerships. When it came down to pulling the trigger on the purchase I reached out to Ken to let him know and to see what they had in stock. He found a truck that had what I wanted and I came out to do a test drive and see the tuck. I let him know I was going to make a final decision in the morning as I had one other dealership I was going to visit after and would come back in the morning and we set a time to meet (notice again no high pressure sales tactic to make a purchase). I visited the other dealership and let them know that I had visited one other and I was making a decision in the morning, they did not have a truck in stock, but said they found one they could transfer and then proceeded to get me to buy then with the “What would it take to have you buy now” pitch. I let them know I was not going to buy now and wanted to review the two offers that evening and make the final decision in the morning. I met with Ken the next morning and had called the other dealership on the way to give them an opportunity to try and make a better deal and such and was told they would see what they could do and call me back. I wound up calling two more times as I never received a call back after leaving two messages. I then negotiated a deal on the truck with Ken that I felt was a good deal for both of us and was pleased with the outcome. The negotiation with the finance personnel was not as smooth, but we eventually came to an agreement and I am now the proud owner of a new Ford F150 King Ranch 4x4. To add to the experience… I had two minor things needing adjustment on the truck (hood latch release and rear seat lock) and sent a message to Ken to let him know and that I was going to be at the dealership on Saturday to take the Sync class. He said to meet up with him when I arrived and he would get the truck to service to take care of it while I was in the class. I met Ken on Saturday morning and he took my keys and took the tuck back to the service department. While I was in class, Ken brought my keys back to me and let me know where the truck was parked and that both items had been fixed. When the class was over I went to get into my truck after checking that both items were addressed and noticed it had also been washed, a little gesture like this goes a long ways in my eyes about going the extra step to take care of your customers. A very good way to start off with the service department which was one of my initial concerns. A quick side note regarding the Sync class I attended. The instructor; Jimmie Mathews, was very friendly and easy to get along with. He went through the standard presentation but was always willing to go off course to address additional questions and take a deeper dive into items of interest. He was also able to answer questions outside of the Sync system that came up and some of the tips he gave to specific questions worked just as he described. I thought this was a very beneficial experience and he gave his contact information if any questions come up down the road. I did a lot of research before making my purchase and I am a tough negotiator. I will say that I am very pleased with the entire purchase process at the dealership and the follow up experiences with service and the training class. I would have no problem recommending Ken, Jimmie or the dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. A happy customer, Michael E. Kenyon More

I made an appointment for 10 AM so they knew I was coming but I had my paperwork and key in my hand by 1:30 the same day. I am always impressed by the Sam Pack organization and operation. Everyone from the salespersons to finance to service and body shop have one purpose: make the "guest's" experience a good one! Notice I did not say "customer." That is what we are, guests! They work on the theory that you treat a guest better than you would simply a customer...and they do. My experience with my last car was superior, everything from salesman, the price, a pretty good (expensive) accident which was repaired in the Service Department and then a very minor accident that was handled in the Body Shop, was as good as it could be. Everyone that I had contact with was courteous, efficient, pleasant...just the kind of folks you want to do business with! I am 72 years old. I had my previous 2013 Edge long enough to worry a little about trading it in because I was cranking up the miles, 80K. I had had NO trouble with the vehicle at all but I live out in the country and wanted to exchange vehicles so I wouldn't have trouble and to protect my investment. Since my previous experience had been so good, I went back to Five Star. This is a 42 mile drive for me through the worst construction in Tarrant County. I made an appointment for 10 AM Monday. My salesman, Lee Clanton, came into the office sick, just recovering from the flu, to see me and subsequently make the sale. He already had selected three vehicles that met the requirements I gave him, one used and two new. The used 2014 Edge was in superior shape and with 40K fewer miles that my 2013. I liked it except for the MyFord package. Then he showed me a 2017 SEL equipped exactly as I wanted and they had it in two colors. I drove it and fell in love. The 2017 Edge is so much nicer vehicle than my 2013. The styling, technology, handling, road noise is so much better, it is incredible. The 2013 was no slouch but the 2017 is a dream! Five Star gave me an excellent trade-in on my 2013 and a very good price on the 2017. Anyway, on with my story. I selected one of the new SELs and started through the process. The finance step with Ken McLemore was quick and painless. It only took as long as it did because of all the paperwork then back to Lee who had my keys to the new car. In and out in about 3 1/2 hrs. That is fudging a little bit. I did spend tome with Jimmie Mathews on the considerable technology involved in the new cars. He is amazing in every way. On my 2013, the most difficult thing about it was setting up the phone and Bluetooth. On my new one, I picked up a navigation package. The phone operates about the same way as the 2013. Only minor differences. The navigation system is a whole different thing, quite like Google Maps. It is very intuitive. At my age, telling me something once usually doesn't sink in. I takes more than once. Jimmie, besides his enormous knowledge is VERY patient and a good communicator. He managed to get me through , I think, most of the issues. I was able to start the car after I stopped at the QT next door and then find my way home. I cannot say enough good about Five Star and their employees. I will definitely go back there when I am ready for another Ford! More
