Both Doreen and Lee have been the most professional and caring people that we have had the privilege to assist us with the buying of a new vehicle. " Sam is the Man!" I recently purchased a 2017 Mustang GT PP from salesman Sam Limo. I cannot express what a wonderful experience it was to deal with Sam. Living in Mass I recently purchased a 2017 Mustang GT PP from salesman Sam Limo. I cannot express what a wonderful experience it was to deal with Sam. Living in Massachusetts and purchasing the car from such a far distance made me a little concerned, however Sam made this out of state process seamless. I have purchased many cars right in my area and non were as pleasant as this experience. Sam always returned all my phone calls and messages/texts and answered all my questions and concerns. Paperwork was sent overnight and Sam made all the complicated paperwork easy to understand. Financing was provided by my own credit union but the coordination of this organization, the dealership and insurance company was flawless. Sam had the car cleaned and detailed prior to being picked up by the car carrier. He took pictures to show me the vehicle before it left the lot. He also arranged for the car to be transported by an enclosed carrier. The car was delivered in impeccable condition. I can't say enough about Sam and his professionalism and genuine care for his customers. We are a "Ford Family" and will in the future purchase our cars from Five Star with the help of Sam . More

My husband had an 2008 Escape and got a 2017 Escape, he just loves his new suv, a big difference from his old Escape. And I got another Fusion, I just love the comfort and the smooth ride. I called 5 Star Ford about my old Fusion coming to the end of it"s lease, and I got Justin who answered the phone. He was extremely helpful in telling me about the turning in my car from it's lease and the procedure. He never bothered me at any point the month before the lease expired, like some salesmen. He emailed the week before and ask I was still interested and I was glad he was our salesman. I have only lived in Texas for 2 years, and was so glad 5 Star Ford is close to my house and an awesome place. More

She said the dealership was open til 9 p.m. She introduced me to her Associate Jon Little. When I arrived the next night he had the vehicle ready to go. He went out of his way to fix a minor issue with an under inflated tire, and both Crystal and Jon are ensuring all the details are correct. More
