BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Words cannot express how grateful we are for Five Star Ford! Our sales associate, Juan Hernandez, was great from the first time we meet. Although we Words cannot express how grateful we are for Five Star Ford! Our sales associate, Juan Hernandez, was great from the first time we meet. Although we did not purchase a vehicle on our first visit, Mr. Hernandez listened to our concerns and worries, and even gave us some advise that we should take into consideration. We came back a week later, and he was readily available to help us. He remembered every detail we had shared with him the week prior, and made us feel comfortable to proceed to move forward with trying to purchase a vehicle. We walked in feeling skeptical and worried about the possibility of even getting into a new vehicle, but worse yet, what would the financing be like? We had just had a very bad experience - or two - with a local Toyota dealership, and after going through that, we were not sure of what we wanted to do this time. Mr. Hernandez was frank and upfront with us, he did not beat around the bush or make any false promises. And the outcome was: he delivered. We walked out the proud owners of a new 2016 Ford F150 XLT, which was what we had our eyes on from the start. Additionally, Mr. Tut Edwards in financing, made our buying experience even more pleasant. He and his finance team work very hard to get us through financing and managed to get us an interest rate that still blows our mind! We believe that this was only possible because at Five Star Ford, they showed us that their customers come first. All we can say is that if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, give them a try. 100% Satisfied I came in to buy a vehicle as a 'single woman,' and was extremely anxious about such a large purchase. A friend recommended that I contact John Littl I came in to buy a vehicle as a 'single woman,' and was extremely anxious about such a large purchase. A friend recommended that I contact John Little at Five Star Ford, so I did just that. I texted him a few days before going in, and when I arrived at my appointment, he was there to greet me with a smile and treated me as if I were the only person in the room. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Vehicles, and answered question-after-question from me without growing weary. I couldn't decide, and ended up test-driving 3 vehicles before I made my final decision. I appreciated the fact that he never rushed me, or made me feel as if I was "just another customer." He made me feel like I was dealing with a friend that I had known for years, even though we had just met. His partner, Crystal Sanders, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well. She was available to answer any additional questions, and helped me along the way. Jimmy Truong in Finance was also very pleasant to deal with. Once again, I had many questions for him as far as warranties and such, and he was able to explain everything in great detail, to my satisfaction. Overall, the experience couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend Five Star Ford, and this particular team of people to work with. Simply the BEST!! More
