While Mr. Rich readied my vehicle Mr Tut Edwards went over the financial obligation to ensure what I was about to sign was exactly what I had said I wanted. We gave him price ranges and he quickly found a few cars and was very respectful of our limits. Too many times dealerships pressure you into buying a more expensive vehicle. But not at Five Star Ford! We had such a pleasant experience we decided to come back and buy again. As soon as we walked up we were greeted by Mario, who recognized us instantly. We were there to purchase a used car, and once again Mario was quick to find a car within our budget. Five Star Ford had the biggest selection of used cars than any other dealership we saw that day, so we had a few options to look at. Mario was super patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. They even cut us a deal on our trade in. When everything was agreed to and finalized we saw Tut in financing. Tut was very welcoming and funny, transparent, and explained everything we'll so we would understand. At the end of the day we got a great car at a great price with great service. I did have an Idea on how much I wanted to pay monthly but I came into Ford Dealership in NRH late afternoon one day and talk to Justin Allerheiligen. I did have an Idea on how much I wanted to pay monthly but he gave me fast options on what would be a best fit for me. It came down to 2 cars and the only difference was the color of the vehicle. He was kind enough to let me know the differences to the vehicles and also offered me and Edge but I leaned more towards the Fusion. This is my first time leasing a car/having a car in my name only and he made it easy and definitely not frustrating. thank you! More
