Mel Seibel took great car of us, it was Saturday . . . I spoke with Mel Seibel by phone in the early afternoon on Saturday. He assisted me first by phone in picking out several options for us to see when we came over later in the afternoon. When we arrived, he was ready to assist us with several options. We drove two cars and decided on one that was displayed on the showroom porch. This car shopping trip was a long time coming, as we had shopped with Mel about 6 months ago, but decided to wait, you see, I was very attached to my 1999 Ford Expedition, which when turned in today, had over 533,00 miles! It has been a great car and I really did not want to part with it. My husband accompanied me because he was afraid I would come back home with the 1999 Expedition! I would seriously consider being in a commercial to highlight the reliable Ford brand. Mel Seibel made quick work of getting the vehicle we chose prepped and ready so that it would be ready when the paperwork was completed. He assisted with the paperwork and had great understanding for our needs and complemented us on our great credit!. Robert in the finance department handled that piece quickly and we were soon headed back to meet Mel. He went over details of the car and even parred my phone through the wi-fi. Saying good bye to my old vehicle, was tough, buy Mel made the process go quickly and smoothly. He took great care of us today, and every time we have come over to Five Star Ford! First car buyer. It was my first experience ever buying a car. I had no idea what to expect, as I approached the inside, I told them my reasoning of being there and I It was my first experience ever buying a car. After explaining alll my needs for car, we had to see if I was approved to buy a new car, being as young as I am. During the whole process I was always reassured everything would be ok and that we could always figure out what my next steps would be if I were denied. I was very comfortable throughout everything. He came to our rescue when we first came on the lot of Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford. We visit this lot, because of an online picture of a car that I wanted to buy. I reach out to someone who answer the phone and at that time told us that he was busy with a customer and the car I was looking at was not available to that next Tuesday. After being told that I wanted to come to the car lot and look at the car myself. My wife and I drove up to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford and there walking toward us was Diron Lintz who later became our sale person. Mr. Lintz took us to the car that was supposed to be in the shop, let us test drive and stay with us until the final sale took place. The car needed additional work, so Mr. Lintz took the car to have it service with no extra charge on us, and the car was return back to us within 48 hours. We want to special thank the staff and the services department at Sam Packs' because we had been looking all that day to bring home a car, and when we got to our final destinations (Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford), not only did Diron treat us with respect but the staff that we can in contact with was gracious too. Diron so helpful and willing to answer all of our question, and most importantly he went out his way to follow up with us. New Edge Jim was great to work with. Started the process on the internet. When I decided what options I wanted I emailed them to Jim. He found my car, calle Jim was great to work with.
