From the time I walked from the parking lot to the offices everyone working there seemed genuinely polite and cheerful. I worked with Juan Hernandez to get my new car and he was awesome. Very nice and funny gentleman who knows his stuff. From someone who has never been through the car buying process he explained everything to me so there were no surprises at the end. I never once felt pressured to make a decision I did not want to and he was very patient with me (I am very indecisive). I ended up driving off the lot with the car I really wanted which was a 2017 Ford Escape SE and before that Juan took the time to explain all the features and actually showed me how to use it! Overall I honestly had a really great experience here and I will definitely look to them in the future with my car needs, their first impression to me was everything and for that they earned my business. More
