My usual service advisors Stephen Carter and Cameron Worthy, who have always been so helpful, caring and respectful of my time. This is the second car I have purchased from my salesperson Spencer Southwell. Spencer anticipates my needs and saved me so much time with the car I just purchased, doing as much of the paperwork before I ever got there. He remembered what I liked and found me the nicest car for my budget, and he was spot on! He listens and that is a rare and awesome quality. Finally, Tit Edwards in the Finance Department provides a painless, actually fun financing experience... that's the "Tut-man Experience: discussing financing was painless and pleasant and Tut listened to my financial needs and driving habits and worked to get me all the warranties and things I needed without anything I didn't and still kept my payment affordable. He also explained everything in simple terms so I fully understood everything. I keep coming back to Five Star Ford and the team there because I feel valued and appreciated by their team.
