After he reviewed our plans for the truck he showed us many options, without applying pressure at any step. The lot had many, many vehicles to look at that fit our needs. Mark also knew the Ford line and helped answer all our questions. From paint, to options to styles, Mark showed us many trucks. Completing the process was also nice. Mark was able to help us select options once we selected a vehicle. His recommendations were spot on for our truck needs. The paperwork was also a nice experience. Mark had all the paperwork in line and ready for signatures and processing. While I am sure the entire team at Five Star is competent, I recommend that you seek Mark out to make a purchase. Decided to check them out first and made my decision that the car would be purchased from them based on the non aggressive sales team and the reasonable pricing (I did visit other dealerships, but that was just for looking at other cars). My sales person Destenee Dowd was very helpful and not pushy as I have come to expect from other sales persons, made the experience memorable. Even had a pleasant experience in finance with David Hill, did not try to sell me extra crap that I did not want, again not the norm for car dealerships. When it comes time for a new Ford in the future Five Star Ford will be seeing me again. More
