This is not a low pressure dealership... it is a NO PRESSURE dealership. The Tut man in finance was professional and a riot. He made the (usually) most stressful part of the purchase enjoyable. William in the (not sure what to call it) add on department were very knowledgeable and got me what I wanted (roll lock bed cover, bed liner, window tint) at competitive pricing. Sales people (if you can call them that) I had no dealings with were very friendly and helpful. In short they treat you like FAMILY. More

We wandered over to the pre-owned section of the lot (unintentionally) and John Hilsinger introduced himself with an offer to help. When we told him that we were actually looking for new trucks, he told us he could help us with that, too! He turned out to be the ideal car salesperson. We had some very specific things in mind for our new truck. He walked us out and showed us trucks on the lot and eventually tracked down the truck that was EXACTLY what we wanted - on another offsite lot. That didn't stop him, even as it was reaching closing time we went to the other lot to retrieve the truck so we could see it. He was very accommodating, listening to our expectations and resolving all of our questions. When we came to an agreement on the truck we wanted, Kenneth Wilder took care of the finance portion. He was also very friendly and made the transaction smooth and fast. We will definitely be back to Five Star in the future. More

Easy as Sunday Morning I called 5star and spoke to Caleb about a tune up to my 2008 f150. Not only did I get a tune up but also a brake job, power steering leak fixed, and even windshield wipers. I had planned to get new tires but Caleb informed me I still had 10k miles on them and could wait to replace them. My truck was in and out in 2 days! I loved that Caleb kept me informed as each repair was done and that he was not intimidating. Sometimes repairs are a hassle for a single Mom and this time it was not. I was thoroughly pleased with the courtesy, cost, and complete care I got from Caleb! You guys have a keeper and I will pass his info along to the "single mom network" of friends I have for all of their service and repair needs. Thanks Caleb, Kelley Nicosia :) More

Both Aaron and Ken where excellent in customer service and professionalism. They answered all questions. Ken was very patient in going over all features of the suv I was looking to buy. Test drive was easy. Buying was easy but lengthy. Ken took his time explaining all features of this suv and never rushed me. There was no pressure to buy. In fact, Ken explained several features more than once. He introduced me to the Techno Nerd Jimmy that offers classes on Saturday for new buyers. Ken contacted the Service Dept to set up install of roof rails same day as this sale which was nice. Cargo mat had to be ordered and will be ready for pickup this week. Overall a pleasant experience for purchasing vehicle due to Aaron and Ken. More

The salesman used the information I had submitted online and was ready with a couple vehicles to test drive when I walked in the door. The credit was already done (also online) and I got the vehicle I wanted, the financing I wanted (ended up with a lease) and was out the door with the paperwork done and the fully prepped vehicle just 3 hours after I walked in. This included the test drives, used car appraisal, paperwork, financing, new car prep....everything. Couldn't be happier. More
