BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! This was my very first time buying a brand new vehicle. I have always stayed away from dealerships because I don't like to be pressured and hassled in This was my very first time buying a brand new vehicle. I have always stayed away from dealerships because I don't like to be pressured and hassled into buying a vehicle. In the beginning of April my husband went into this dealership to browse and that's when Crystal Sanders came into our life. She was very patient and kind and detail oriented to his needs. My husband and I both have bad credit and honestly didn't think we could get into a new vehicle. With the hard work from Crystal and the forgiveness of Ford we were able to make a deal. Unfortunately at the time we didn't have the money for a down payment and my husband had to walk away without a new vehicle. Fast forward to May 3rd, we were blessed with enough money for that down payment. I personally went to Five Star Ford with the goal of leaving the lot in a brand new truck to take home and surprise my husband with. Once again Crystal Sanders was on top of her game!! I loved how I could text Crystal on her personal cell at anytime and she would go above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. I explained to her what I wanted to do (surprise my husband) so her and along with Tut Edwards, I was able to swiftly get my paperwork in line and drove off the lot in a 2016 Ford XLT. I cant brag enough about how Crystal Sanders and Tut Edwards were so kind and how fast they worked to get my needs and wants taken care of!!! Because of my experience with Crystal and Tut I would highly recommend anyone to this Five Star Ford location and to see Crystal Sanders. There was no hassle and no pushing. Not only will this not be my only time dealing with this dealership but my husband and I plan on ONLY coming back to this Five Star Ford for all our future vehicle needs. I just want to thank Crystal Sanders and Tut Edwards for your constant smiles, laughs, integrity, and being a real human being and taking care of my needs!!! You two ROCK!!! And just to add, I got the truck home and hide it on the side of our home (we live in the country) and the surprise was just perfect! But again, I couldn't have done it without Crystal and Tut's help! More
