My wife got exactly what she wanted and all of the gentlemen we dealt with were very forthcoming and open about the entire transaction. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I wanted to pay a little less for the vehicle we purchased, but that is mostly on the consumer for settling and the fact that I have a mediocre credit score. One little side note is the interior detailing prior to picking up vehicle left a little to be desired. We could also see a few minor scratches on the exterior where the vehicle was run through the wash, but I expect they will be more than happy to buff them out when we visit them next. After quickly checking my credit and also getting a quote for my old vehicle, we went out to the lot and I picked out a new Ford Focus. After a test drive, William handed me over to David Hill, their finance man, so that I could sign off on all the paperwork. Afterwards, William explained the service I would receive from the dealership, and he sync'd my smartphone contacts and music with the car's system. The whole process was a breeze ... and then I drove off in my new 2016 Ford Focus!
