Odie Terry guided me on what needed to be fixed and worked with me to make sure I knew what was getting fixed. Michael Fitch was eager to point me in the right direction. Ric Calderon handled all of the warranty claims and paperwork for me so it ended up costing me absolutely nothing! Charlie Dill & Abel Baldazo were extremely nice and were able to drop me off and pick me up while my car was getting fixed. Overall, the entire process of getting my car fixed was stress free and I appreciate having a service department team like these guys! Thanks! More

I was not sure what I wanted but he showed me my 2016 I am so thrilled with the customer care I received at Five Star Ford NRH. Randall was amazing. I was not sure what I wanted but he showed me my 2016 Escape and I fell in love. I was positive there was no way he could get me in that vehicle for what my budget allowed. He worked it all out and I drove it home. He is sweet, caring and very dependable. He made me feel right at home and I now have a new friend to add to my list. Of course Joe Ferrantelli was a big part of all of this and was so helpful. Between these 2 guys, my experience was amazing and I am driving a brand new 2016 Escape and love it. David Hill did the financing for me and he took excellent care of me also and made that process a breeze. I would definitely recommend Five Star Ford and especially Randall and Joe to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used. A big thank you to all of you for an outstanding experience. Five Star Ford is worth your time I recently had to purchase a car in a limited amount of time. I made contact with a large number of dealerships in the dfw area. Five Star was completely different. John Hillsinger was easy to work with as my salesman. He was informative and patient. I really appreciated that he didn't call my cell-phone 4 times a day after my first test drive. He seems to be a genuinely good guy. Jimmy in finance was professional, courteous, and quick. Moreover, several other employees took a moment to reach out and congratulate me or otherwise express their thanks for my business. The facility is clean, modern and welcoming. The road access is pretty convenient, as well. During this recent car-buying experience.... Five Star Ford was a shining beacon of good in a swirling maestrom of soul-sucking garbage. I'm pretty happy with my experience. You should make a stop there if you're considering Ford. More

Chris Adams saved the day! I had a crazy long day at work, forgot my kiddo had a concert at school and almost missed it, then my battery on my Explorer decided to fail... It was 6:32 pm when I cruised into the dealership (thankfully, I didn't end up stranded on the highway) and Chris took my car back himself and changed the battery out for me. He's a service advisor... Not a technician, but he obviously didn't want me stranded either. I appreciate him taking the time to take care of my issue at the end of a long day... I'm sure his day was long too :) More
