Thanks Eddie. Best car buying experience I have ever had. We went into this dealership on a Saturday to look at used 4 door trucks. I told Eddie the salesman what are must-haves were. After a few minutes of We went into this dealership on a Saturday to look at used 4 door trucks. I told Eddie the salesman what are must-haves were. After a few minutes of research, he came back and showed us a truck that had everything we asked for at the price we asked for. We negotiated a new set of tires and the deal was done. None of the back and forth/waiting game antics. We went to financing, waited 5 minutes in the waiting room then signed paperwork and we were out the door. Eddie the salesman said it would be 2 or 3 days for the tires to come in and that he would call when they were in. Three days later he called and said the tires were in. I scheduled to come in the next day to have them put on. He said it would take about a hour to a hour and a half for it to be done to set the expectations. I showed up gave him my keys, a hour and 15 minutes later he texted the tires were done. Eddie walked out with me to make sure I was happy with the tires. I was more than happy, they were Michelin's. Needless to say we will be back to see Eddie at Five Star Ford the next time we are in the market for a car or truck. More
