"Outstanding in everyway" I had been looking for a F-150 on line for a while.Stop by a couple of dealers in my area but did not have a good feeling about them. My Five Star Experience For a while now my wife and I have been searching for a new vehicle but was unsure weather or not if we wanted a new truck or something else. We stopped in at Five Star in North Richland Hills and was promptly greeted by Diron who understood our circumstances and was more than willing to take the time to show us a few different vehicles and to let us drive them. Afterwards, we were still torn on which ones we liked the best so we left. Over the course of several months we've looked at other dealerships and different makes and models but in the end we knew that ford had always treated us the best with there sales and service. We ended up working a deal out on a 2016 explorer sport with Diron and Jim and finalized all the paperwork with Tut. I can't tell you how much of a joy it was to work with these gentlemen. They are truly top notch and will work with you to make the best deal possible.
