We ended up getting a new 2016 Escape at a great price. David is so easy to work with. And Anthony in Finance got us a terrific interest rate, better than what I had expected. He is a high energy person, and funny - not something you normally think of with the finance section. These two men are two reasons 5 Star Ford is a great place to shop for autos. More

F150 Order - Amazing Experience I ordered a F150 with with Crystal Sanders. I tried calling other dealerships, and they didn't seem interested in spending time getting me in a truck I ordered a F150 with with Crystal Sanders. I tried calling other dealerships, and they didn't seem interested in spending time getting me in a truck that they didn't have on the lot. The order took a while because Ford was not making the 2016s yet, but Crystal stayed on top of things. She got the order pushed through and help expedite the delivery/transport of the truck. Her communication was amazing! Always responsive to both emails and texts. When I got my truck, it was her Birthday and she was trying to leave, but still stayed to try to get me in my truck that day. She really didn't have to do that, but she went the extra mile. She teamed up with John Little to help me go over the truck's features. John stayed late, and patiently answered all of my questions. Amazing teamwork. Tut helped me in finance, getting me in and out quickly. Actually honestly answered my questions about how the interest structure worked on the loan. I would never buy a Ford from another dealership. I really can't think of anything I would have wanted done differently. More

I drove 550 miles to get the car I wanted, Because of past experiences with other dealerships, I was extremely afraid the car/transaction would not be exactly as it seemed. I was quite presently surprised! Poor Alfred had to make up for my prejudice against 'car salesmen' and dealerships in general. Too bad I keep a car for so long, otherwise I'd be back getting another one from Alfred and Five Star. Tho, if we wear out our truck before 300,000 miles, we may be there for a truck.
