This was undoubtedly one of the most professional and businesslike transactions I have ever experienced. We live approximately 120 miles from the dealership. We had exact specifications on the vehicle we wanted and were not willing to compromise. We found it via the Internet at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We had been seriously looking for about 4 months. Other, more local dealers couldn't seem to find what we wanted. Aaron Diaz and I worked the deal via the internet, email and a few phone calls. We did not have a trade-in. Because of my previous experience, I basically knew what the right price should be and it was. We closed the deal on the phone and we arrived at the dealership two days later on a Saturday. They expected us. The Expedition presented was exactly as advertised, fully fueled, clean and ready to go. There were absolutely no "O, by the way" excuses . We were at the dealership about 1 1/2 hours of which at least 1/2 hour was socializing. The General Manager even took the time to say "Hello". We appreciate the personal attention. What more can I say? We got exactly the vehicle we wanted, at the right price, with a enjoyable and professional experience. More

F150 ecoboost timing chain TSB I took my truck to Don Davis Ford in Arlington where they told me it was my air-conditioning compressor making a noise on the coldstart. This issue I took my truck to Don Davis Ford in Arlington where they told me it was my air-conditioning compressor making a noise on the coldstart. This issue was pretty will document on the Internet and I had seen several videos of other people having the exact same issue with their F1 50 so I knew it wasn't the air-conditioning compressor call. I decided to take a five star ford in North Richland Hills along with the video that I made of my truck making the noise. I showed the video to Michael Fitch who took the video to his service technician who immediately identified the issue as being being timing Chain and cam phasers. The rest is history.
