To make a long story short, Bryan Martin and the staff at Five Star Ford brought our car back to Fort Worth and installed a new engine--working through all the bugs to make sure it was completely right when we got our car back. One of the best parts about this dealership is how they listened to us; when something seemed a little off with the way the car ran, they took it back, testing it again and again to make sure it ran like a car with a brand new engine should! Now we won't go anywhere else with our Ford Explorer. We trust Bryan Martin and Five Star Ford completely! More

Abby and Scott went out their way to repair the tire in a timely manner so she can make her appointment in time. Ohh did I mention my wife pick the car up at 5:30pm from the Body Shop and her appointment was at 7pm and Five Star did not charge her for the tire repair and she made her 7pm appointment. More
Truly the best I recently purchased my dream car (Escape). When I told my co-workers that I was purchasing a new car they started asking questions about interest rat I recently purchased my dream car (Escape). When I told my co-workers that I was purchasing a new car they started asking questions about interest rates and such. They did not understand my situation and gave me a hard time saying that I was going to be paying too much for my new car. However, when I went in to finalize my purchase with Five Star Ford, this woman who " was going to be taken advantage of" received an excellent interest rate. In fact not one of my co-workers is paying less than I am but more than I am. This dealership did not take advantage of this Grandma but gave her the car of her dreams at a price that she can afford. Tony listened to what I wanted and what I needed to make the deal and he worked with me to make it happen. Kenneth was very detailed in what I was paying for and was very clear on what was and wasn't covered under the mfg warranty. He was clear on what the Gold Warranty was and made a sell there as well. I have already told everyone at my job exactly what kind of experience I had with Five Star Ford, and will continue to do so. This is my first ever "NEW" car purchase and it was an amazing experience. More
