Our previous wonderful Salesperson, Marisa Thompson, was promoted at Five Star, so for the first time, we worked with Salesperson Ollie Jackson. Ollie went above and beyond to meet the requests we wanted in our new vehicles. She felt it was very important to make us happy and to me that brings back a customer. She also took the time to get to know us and offered services at Five Star to help us learn how to work certain parts of the cars. I personally requested Anthony Snyder to do our paperwork for financing. Anthony always greets you with a smile and makes you feel good about your purchase when you leave. Marisa, Ollie, and Anthony make getting a vehicle an enjoyable and exciting experience. More

He provided me with insight on certain things I was unaware of with the new 2016 F150s and did not pressure me to make any decision I did not want to. He provided facts and was helpful when I had doubts or questions. Paperwork was minimal throughout the whole process which was definitely an improvement from when I bought a truck there back in 2012. He provided an anticipated return time of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my repaired vehicle, I saw a salesman that I dealt with in the past. He remembered me. I am impressed that after 10 years since our interaction, he still seemed to care. I was impressed that the salesman has been at this location for 15 years and that he is now the General Sales Manager. My service advisor walked me out to my vehicle and explained what was fixed by the recall notice. What all was checked and provided guidance on where I could have my son's 1973 Ford Mustang could be repaired since the dealership is not equipped to deal with that type of classic car. More

Alfred El-Darazi was my salesman and from the very beginning he was amazing! He picked out 3 vehicles for me to test drive and took care to explain all the features of each one. I really felt as though he honestly cared about me and not just making a sale as some other dealership's salesmen had done in the past. Alfred worked diligently on my Ford Mustang purchase and for me, it seemed as though I simply walked in, selected the car I wanted and drove away. All the stress that usually comes with purchasing a car was simply not there for me! Tut Edwards and the finance team working with him are simply the best out there!!!! I cannot say Thank You enough for everything that the team at Five Star Ford has done for me! I am a customer for life and have already referred a customer that I know feels the same about his experience when purchasing his new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient. We didn't spend idle hours waiting for stuff to happen; our time was respected and we will definitely buy from Alfred in the future. I brought in my Ford Fusion for routine maintenance and a recall. Sean Billhymer arranged my appointment and was there to process my car when I arrived. Everything went smoothly. He kept me apprised of the progress the entire time. He was very personable and I highly recommend him and the service department as a whole. Great car buying experience I did all of my research for what I was looking for on the internet prior to visiting car lots. I knew what truck I was looking for and what it should cost me. Ollie Jackson contacted me because I had used the Truecar.com site and she had a couple of truck similar to what I was looking for. She actually sent me pictures, window sticker and her pricing on the trucks so that I could check them out before coming in to the dealership. After I had made up my mind which one I wanted I met her at the dealership already knowing what I was getting and the price I would pay for it. There was no haggling over pricing the initial price she quoted me was more than acceptable. The whole process was quick and painless. After the sale was complete Jimmie Mathews did the orientation on my new truck and showed me how to connect my phone to the truck and explained how the Sync system worked with my phone. He knew the Sync system inside out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford car or truck. More
