There are dealerships...then there's Five Star Ford! The folks at Five Star Ford are beyond phenomenal! I have dealt with them, for three years now...and four vehicles later. From the time I set foot on that lot, the salesman I dealt with...Randall Swindell...was the best! He said he would be there if I had questions and didn't crowd, or hover over me! Any question I had he promptly and precisely answered...and if he didn't have the answer (which was [extremely] rare) he sought out the correct answers...he didn't just guess, or blow smoke. Five Star is there for the customer...not themselves. From the time you set foot on that lot, until the time you drive your new vehicle off the lot...and then after the sale...they are there! They make choosing, financing and paperwork easy! I would recommend them ANY time to ANY one. I drive 2 & 1/2 hours, from Central Texas, just to deal with them. Five Star is much too modest of a name...they should have been titled "Ten Star Ford", for that's what they, and Randall, are in my book...ten stars! More
