We had a very bad experience with another ford dealer (I won’t name names but they William May renewed our faith in the whole car buying experience. We had a very bad experience with another ford dealer (I won’t name names but they were in the White Settlement area) so it took us two months before we even wanted to deal with another Car Salesman. We had heard wonderful things about 5 Star Ford so we decided to give them a try. We were so blessed to get to work with William. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and actually did it honestly. He didn’t lie to us or give us the run around. He came to us right off the bat with a very fair price and was able to make my husband’s dreams come true! I cannot say enough wonderful things about William and his work ethic. Not only do we highly recommend William but we would certainly buy from him again. More
Service department my ventilation failure right I've always had planned maintenance and repairs performed at Five Star since purchasing my 2011 F150 there. The heater in my out of warranty truck fa I've always had planned maintenance and repairs performed at Five Star since purchasing my 2011 F150 there. The heater in my out of warranty truck failed prematurely along with the heated driver's seat. Just noticed both when the weather recently started turning cool. Five Star diagnosed a failed heating grid in the seat and failed blend door actuators in the ventilation system, which would require removing the dashboard to repair. Both repairs would cost $1440, mostly in labor. Service Advisor Alan Holcombe suggested I contact Ford's customer support line directly to see if the manufacturer would be willing to provide some assistance. I did, with the result that Ford and the Five Star service manager agreed to cover 1/3 of the cost of the repairs each. I thought this was a very fair resolution to the problem. The repairs were made quickly and completely. More

Personable Service When my spouse and I were in the market for a new car he wanted to go to a luxury dealership to purchase a luxury vehicle. I suggested we go to Five When my spouse and I were in the market for a new car he wanted to go to a luxury dealership to purchase a luxury vehicle. I suggested we go to Five Star Ford, because I told him about the nice employees who work at that car dealership where I go once a month for my Women Networking Meeting. So I went with him to the luxury dealership and we purchased a vehicle. Two weeks later my family and I were in a car accident and our car was totaled. I suffered the most injuries. So this time around we went to Five Star Ford. We had to go to the dealership 3 times in a row because we would leave work, go to the dealership, then I had to leave to go to the Chiropractor. John Little was so patient with me on each visit; he greeted me each day like it was his first time ever meeting me. Since I was in pain I had to walk slowly, but John didn't rush me. On the first visit I chose some vehicles I was interested in so John scanned the bar codes. I used process of elimination and narrowed my selection down to 3 vehicles. On the second visit we went on a test drive. I narrowed my selection down to 2 vehicles. On the third visit John was patient enough to go on another test drive with me. He even pointed out features I didn't notice. I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I left my spouse to work through the financing with Anthony Snyder. They were not able to get the price we were hoping to pay, but they came really close. The next day my spouse talked to Crystal Sanders and said he was sorry we could not do a deal with them. She said she'll call him back. She called back shortly with a great price! My spouse noticed that now whenever he calls the luxury dealership no one answers and they do not call him back. So he has to drive up there to speak to someone and he noticed a difference in the customer service. Our salesman at the luxury dealership said I been meaning to call you and every time I call the phone goes to voicemail, but he never left a message either. At the luxury dealership they want to get you in and out, but at Five Star Ford they build relationships. Crystal sent my spouse a birthday card two weeks after we purchased the car. The luxury dealership mailed our tags to our home, but Five Star Ford sent us a post card to let us know our tags were in. John personally put the tags on our car and gave my son a Christmas gift. We have yet to hear from the luxury car dealership. Thank you Crystal Sanders, John Little, and Anthony Snyder for making our car buying experience Fabulous! More

We've had good experience with Five Star Ford - NRH before so we visited the dealership after talking with David Hyche on the phone. He turned out to be busy when we arrived, but he had Lee Clanton help us. It was a very easy and satisfying shopping experience. We were told the price for both new and used trucks. We found a very reasonably price and mileage 2013 F150 with all the features that we wanted. The financing and extended warranty experience was very smooth and enjoyable as well. I also felt like we were valued as return customers. More

Alfred was so much fun to work with and a pleasure doing business with. Finance with King Tut was a breeze. I feel like I have added 2 new people to our Family. It was totally worth the 30 miles I drove to buy a car. Best experience i have ever had. I live around many dealership and have always purchased local. NOT ANYMORE. I will drive to NRH from this point forward. More
