Just bought our 3rd vehicle in 24 months! I am thrilled with this week's purchase of my new 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. We also have bought a 2011 F-350 4x4 truck to pull our RV, and a 2003 Ford Explorer (for my son) in the past 24 months. I was driving a 2013 Honda Pilot, which I loved. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle & his ability to answer all of my questions. A deal was reached & then it was off to see Freddie in finance. A very smooth transaction was accomplished there. I experienced a very minor issue with the service department. David showed a genuine interest in making things right. It has been my experience that occasionally salesmen have a tendency to take advantage of customers. At Five Star Ford this is not an option. I was treated with a great deal of respect. Diron was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He helped me find a vehicle that I can honestly say I love, and was with me every step of the way. I would also like to commend the Finance Manager Tony, who was as professional and friendly as Diron, and made the least enjoyable part of buying a vehicle painless.
