The day before Thanksgiving I was on my way back from Allen to Fort Worth when my 2007 Sonota car engine practically exploded leaving me stranded on 1 The day before Thanksgiving I was on my way back from Allen to Fort Worth when my 2007 Sonota car engine practically exploded leaving me stranded on 121. I found out on black Friday from a mechanic that my car was toast. I was devastated. I called Jim Fairweather at Five Star Ford and was in tears. I told him I had no car for trade and no down and I have to have a car. Jim was so kind and said, give me a few minutes and I will call you back. He found me a perfect car for a perfect price and I drove off with it 2 hours later. I don't know what I would have done without Jim. Also, the Freddie Finance Experience was awesome!! My Heroes! Great job by Aaron Dias Found Five Star through an internet search while looking for a work truck. Aaron went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Once Found Five Star through an internet search while looking for a work truck. Aaron went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Once he found several that fit my needs I was able to make a choice based on color and options. This transpired during the black Friday sale so it was a little crazy since the sale prices were driving the cars off the lot almost as fast as I could pick one. It seemed like every time I chose a truck it was already gone due to the number of people purchasing new vehicles. Needless to say even though I was 360 miles away Aaron was able to secure a truck for me, overnight the paperwork and even pick me up at the airport when I flew in to get my truck. To add a little more to the excellent service, we hit a little snag on the final paperwork and ended up waiting on the bank to finalize the paperwork (about a 6 hour wait). Aaron secured me a loaner truck so I could continue with my work errands in the Dallas Fort Worth area without losing a day of work. Thanks Aaron for the great service. More
