If your time is valuable and you are trying to avoid dealer hassle that is so common--go here to buy. A special shout out to Freddie in the finance/paperwork side--he made that fast, friendly and enjoyable. We could have done without the sales pitch for alarms, window tint and other accessories but not a big deal. Also surprised a new car didn't come with 2 remote key fobs--my guess is $10 from China. Will buy on Amazon but that is a miss by Ford. More

He didn't keep calling asking my status or what my plans were. I had to sell a couple items before I could by my truck. After I was ready I called Carlton up and he had my exact truck I wanted (I was very picky on my options and was not going to budge on what the truck had to have). The price was right so we purchased it. Going to the finance office was also no hassle. Tony the finance guy didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want, just supplied us with the options and let us choose which way we wanted go. Overall we are very happy with Five Star, which is why this is our second vehicle we have bought from them. More
