From sales to service the experience is greatly genuine . This visit started with a call to Jim Rich about looking at a car for my wife and by the end of the day we were in the exact vehicle she wanted. Understanding business, this is a result of having the appropriate inventory on the ground. There wasn't a need to keep looking or to 'order' what was needed; it was just a matter of finding it on the lot. Jim was excellent to deal with which was no surprise since we've done business before. He genuinely remembered me and my wife from my truck purchase. This is where the visit really impressed me this time. When you go into the back office to sign all of the papers, there is a little feeling of nervousness. We encountered Tut, or 'Tedwards' as my wife accidentally called him from his email address. Tut doesn't have the absolute glamorous part of the job, but he made his process fun and very personable. He's really the kind of guy that doesn't need coffee to be in a good and fun mood!
