Then when I went through the finance process with Anthony Snyder it was quick and simple. He was so hilarious cracking jokes and making me feel at ease. He discussed everything with me and made it simple. Then a member of the management team, Joshua Fichter, stopped into the finance office where we were and we started talking and found out how small of a world we live in because he is related to my parents' best friends and my 6th grade teacher who I love! He was genuine, nice and really made sure we had a great experience at this dealership. He got the ball rolling for us but It was late on a Friday so we did come the next day & John was busy with another customer so he passed us on to Lee Clanton who was able to answer all of are questions & really solidified the car we wanted. This was a very large decision for us because we are nearing retirement & do not want to make a mistake. Lee did not push us into a sale, he just said go to dinner & think about it, we did, & came back a couple days later & found both John & Lee were on vacation. John had told Crystal Sanders to be looking for us & she was. Wow what a knowledgable young girl! She got all the process moving & all of the sudden we were sitting in front of Tut Edwards to look at all the financing available, what a dynamic personality, (I think he would like to be called KING TUT)! He explained the loan in every way, with extended & without warranties & let us make the decision without any pressure. Now I know why they call them a SALES TEAM! No bait and switch, no high pressure sales, no sleazy salesman. If you want a pleasant car buying experience for once go here and ask for Tony. The finance process much the same with Freddie. No high pressure tactics for extra insurances, warranties, etc. Just an quick explanation of available plans and you are out the door. "The Freddie Finance Experience" was outstanding. If you are in the market for a vehicle, this is the place to go. (The 0% financing and rebates didn't hurt either.) More
