Five Star Service! We purchased our 2016 Ford Fusion From Five Star Ford and was blown away by the Service we received from both the dealership and Aaron Diaz! We starte We purchased our 2016 Ford Fusion From Five Star Ford and was blown away by the Service we received from both the dealership and Aaron Diaz! We started the process about a month ago online since we are over the road truck drivers this was the best way for us to start the process. We talked to Aaron on the phone when we called to inquire about a used Ford Fusion Titanium that was already sold, and Aaron tried his damnedest to get us that same car or one similar to it. We filled out the application online (fast, easy and simple) and we found out within days that our credit had gotten so good that we could afford a new Fusion. Aaron (our sales rep) always returned our calls and answered our questions, I'm sure we bugged the heck out of him, but he was always happy to help. When we went to purchase the car first thing Monday morning, Aaron was there bright and early with the car we wanted ready for us to take a look at it and test drive. He showed us many of the neat automated gadgets on the car, like the remote start and on getting our phones synced with the car. Well, that wasn't as easy as we thought it would be, my phone started having issues. So, he contacted Jimmie their Ford My Sync guy to help us out, and after about twenty minutes he fixed the problem and showed us a bit more about the Sync system on the car. By the way, Jimmie/Ford give classes on Saturdays for people to understand the My Sync program better. We had also purchased the Sky Link and the Auto Butler for the car, so while we were in with the Finance manager. Kenny Wilder (aka Wildman), Aaron took our car over to the service center to get those items taken care of. By the way, "Wildman" was awesome on explaining each of our options for warranties and extended warranties on the vehicle. He was funny and easy to talk to about what we wanted and needed. He also kept our monthly payment in the ball park that we wanted. By the time we were finished with finance and had signed for the car Aaron was ready with our car to put the temp tags on it and send us on our way. This was by far the easiest and least painful car purchase that we have ever done! Aaron and the Five Star team had made this really quit an enjoyable and easy process. We have already fallen in love with the service department, but now we love and have enjoyed the total package that Five Star Ford offers! Everything was as promised, with no games played and no "I need to check with the sales manager" stuff. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Several of my friends have also purchased and leased cars there. In particular, Sam Limo has always been my "go to" guy and he's been extremely professional, friendly and efficient. My wife even commented on how nice and friendly he was. While Sam was off one day, Sherri Goodwin took over and she was equally nice, efficient and friendly and we enjoyed dealing with her as well. Freddie Valdovinos, who is now in finance, was professional, helpful and courteous. The dealership is convenient, clean and the selection is very nice! I would highly recommend Sam Limo and Five Star Ford. More

Worth the Drive I like my cars just hate having to deal with the dealerships and sales people. Well no more. Lee Clanton was awesome. I live 1 hour and 15 minutes east of the dealership without traffic and therefore to me it was of the upmost importance that I try to work out as much and I can over the phone or email before driving this far. Lee assured me he had the car I was interested in and would do everything within his power to hold it until i got there. He did just that. I give Lee a A++ for this buying experience, the whole thing went without on bit of anexity or tempers flaring. This was a first for me. I will definetly recommend Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills to all my friends and family should the be in the market for a car. Also Kenneth Wilder in finance was very professional and helpful. Had a long time friend who worked at another Ford dealership with an extremely great deal on car I was looking for. More or Less on a whim I went into Five Star to see if they would match price not expecting much at all, even possibly to be blown off especially since it was about closing time when I arrived. Not only did they match the price for exact same vehicle they beat it. Then to get me to purchase right then and there they were willing to give me a few hundred dollars in additional discounts. William May(sales) and Anthony Snyder(financing) were impressively helpful. They were knowledgeable, quick, kind , and I believe sincere. Like I stated before the process was very quick and no high pressure tactics were used. They were not offended or pushy when I turned down additional add on like clear coat etc. They went above and beyond in helping me even after the purchase was complete the next day helping me with a few other issues I had. I thought I would also mention next day when I came up to dealership Cameron Marsh another salesman helped me while William May was on a lunch break (which he rushed and cut short to get to the dealership to assist me) even though he knew a sale had already been made and also through another salesman he was courtesy and helpful.
