Rather they took time to listen to what we really wanted and what price range we were staying in. Mark first took us to see some nice certified preowned, and after all the time he spent we left to think it over, was great not to feel pressured. Looked on 5 Stars website and found a new truck for just a few thousand more than pre owned, with $8k in rebates. Carlos got us the keys and we were off to be impressed by all the features. Before we went to finalize the deal in finance Mark showed us many options with down payment we selected, and even calculated the monthly payment. I went to finance thinking "Can things go this smooth?" Or is this when I get the bad news about rates and hard sell about extended warranty. When Tut ran the final numbers they matched to the penny with what we calculated. Tut went through line by line and even listed what we will spend in total interest over life of loan, and everything was EXACTLY what we calculated earlier. I say this so that even if you are not comfortable with all the math you can trust who you are working with, I will be sending friends and family here. More
