When arriving at the dealership spencer greeted my girlfriend and I at my truck. He walked us inside and started asking questions as to what I was looking for and getting an idea of what he had on the lot. The process as a whole was comfortable, quick and easy. Upon my initial on-line researching of what vehicle I was looking to buy, Jim reached out to me via phone right away and answered questions and e-mailed me window stickers of models I was interested in. Once inside the showroom, Randall took great care in making sure that I got the best possible deal on the Fusion I wanted. I made my purchase on Memorial day and brought my 2 young daughters in with me. 5 Star Ford had a hotdog & hamburger cookout complete with ice cream that kept the kids very happy during the transaction. I felt the buying process to be no hassle yet very informative. I'm even coming back next Saturday to take advantage of the complementary My Ford Touch training class! More
