I was greeted with smiles by everyone as I made it to Crystal desk, my sales professional. Crystal went right to work making sure I got the best deal possible. She provided great options from me to choose from. She keep me informed with calls to let me know where we were along the entire process. John was there to close out the deal and provided the same level of service I experienced with Crystal. I started with with Tut and ended with Bryan with the financing. When it came time to sign on the line, Bryan was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. It was a very timely manner from the time I arrived to sign until I received my new 2015 Focus (which I really LOVE). Joe helped me transition the few personal items I had in my trade-in to my new car and was very patience to be sure I had everything. This entire team was absolutely AWESOME!!! I didn't feel pressured or rushed or like I was getting the short end of the stick. They made sure I received the best deal in my interest and I truly appreciate the work they invested in my car buying experience. I am glad I made the call and got to work with such an amazing team for my wonderful car buying journey. I look forward to working with my Five Star Ford family as I experience my new ride and future purchases!!! More

I have purchased two vehicles there and Doreen Parker my salesman made sure that I purchased the exact vehicle I wanted. She did a statewide search, stayed late, and went with me to other dealerships to see vehicles I was interested in. Doreen is a rockstar! The service is as great as the sales department. Whenever I look to buy a Ford or get one service I head straight to Five Star. More

Inquiry to Owning A New Truck in 48 Hours! I had been looking for an F-350 Lariat dually via e-mail with a salesman at another dealership for a couple of weeks and not only was he not able to f I had been looking for an F-350 Lariat dually via e-mail with a salesman at another dealership for a couple of weeks and not only was he not able to find what I was looking for, he kept sending me links to trucks that didn't even meet my minimum requirements which I had laid out for him in an e-mail at the beginning of the process. I left an inquiry with Five Star Ford on a Sunday evening and got an e-mail response from Chad the next day (Monday) and sent him my list of requirements & desires for a truck. Within three hours he had found the exact truck I was looking for at a dealership in Mexia, TX. After telling him I was interested in looking at the truck, he was able to get the vehicle on his lot and ready for me to look at around noon the next day (Tuesday). I met him Tuesday evening and within a few hours I owned a new truck. After working with another dealership for two weeks with no results, Chad was able to find my truck and get to his lot and sold to me in 48 hours! More

I could tell you all the things he did to make our car shopping experience pleasant, but we would run out of space. I would recommend Alfred to anyone looking for a car without the hassles. Everyone should have the "Tut" experience!!! Tut made the financial part fun and with ease. He worked the numbers to make it work. He is also, honest and up front.
