What was different about Mr. Lintz, unlike other car salsemen/dealerships was him explaining in full detail of our options and making sure we will be able purchase "what we want". Bryan amason made sure he found us the best deal available. Mr. Amason also explained in detail of all the services and warranties that were available. Five Star Ford is the Best In researching new Ford Edge Vehicles for sale, we happened to find an Internet ad for one from Five Star Ford. I called and talked to Justin Compton In researching new Ford Edge Vehicles for sale, we happened to find an Internet ad for one from Five Star Ford. I called and talked to Justin Compton on a Thursday and drove it home Friday Night. I gave a dealership here in OKC a an opportunity to meet or beat their price. The OKC salesman never called me back. Justin called me that Friday morning to verify that we were coming down, he emailed me an online finance application, & he pulled the Edge and had it detailed to pick up later that evening. I was a bit afraid there might be a bait and switch tactic as some dealerships in the OKC metro here are not honest. With Justin Compton & Five Star Ford we received not only the incredible internet price quoted, an outstanding buying experience, but also a renewed confidence in the buying process. Justin had a wedding to attend and the traffic in the Dallas area made us over an hour late. Justin stayed late to greet us upon arrival and I'm sure he was late to that wedding. Sherri completed the sale for us and ushered us over to Tut to complete the financing portion of the sale. Tut was energetic and knowledgeable. I was also amazed in talking to Tut, Justin, & Sherri in asking them how long they have worked for Five Star Ford. They didn't say weeks or months. Their answers were all over a decade each. I know Five Star Ford must be doing something right to have employees that are happy and spending decades devoting their time to selling vehicles. Tut didn't rush us through the paperwork and explained everything in detail. He was humorous as well. The "Tut Experience" was incredible. Afterwards, Sherri went over all the bells and whistles in our Ford Edge, spending as much time as we needed to absorb the cool technology of the vehicle. She also explained that Five Star Ford had educational classes we could attend to help us get acquainted with our vehicle. Gosh, OKC dealerships should take notice and learn to replicate such an awesome dealership, buying experience & opportunities for the educational vehicle classes as well. I feel blessed everyday I get to drive my new Ford Edge and beyond elated in the experience that Justin and the team at Five Star Ford gave our family during and after the buying process. It really was a Five Star experience. More

Best Experience I have ever had buying a new truck EVER!!! Ken McLemore was my salesman and let me say he earned his pay the two days he had to deal with me until I found the right truck I wanted. I knew what I wanted for my trade and I knew what payments I wanted and there was no way in budging me. Ken went above and beyond to help me find the right truck that would fit my needs and got the payments where I wanted them. He also had to tolerate my sarcastic sense of humor which I kept teasing him to add more accessories to this truck!! The finance man "Anthony" was able to work even a better deal than the one we originally agreed to which is always a huge plus in my book!! My husband said from now on when we want a new vehicle or truck we are going to them because they will do everything they can to get EXACTLY what you want and the payments you want. So if you want to ENJOY the auto buying experience go here. Tell them what you want and range and they will do everything they can to keep you where you want it. I hate vehicle shopping but after this experience, we know where we will continue doing our vehicle business . Justin came in on his day off to get the deal started for us and was very friendly and patient when we came in to choose the vehicle. Five Star had the car I wanted in stock with the options I preferred. MM Ross went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible on the car and made us feel like VIPs!
