My Experience with Five Star Ford NRH & Doreen Parker I was in the market for a used SUV to trade in my 2000 Dodge Ram Pickup. My supervisor at work had previously purchased multiple vehicles from Five S I was in the market for a used SUV to trade in my 2000 Dodge Ram Pickup. My supervisor at work had previously purchased multiple vehicles from Five Star Ford NRH and he recommended his sales agent Doreen Parker to me. I was quickly approved after filling out the online application and Mrs. Parker spoke with me over the phone a few times to find out exactly what I was looking for and give me an idea of my trade value prior to coming to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership a few days later (my choice to wait due to work) Mrs. Parker welcomed me inside and sat me down at her desk. She gave me a brief history on Five Star Ford and told me how much she has enjoyed working for the dealership over the past 7 years. No time wasted Mrs. Parker got the keys to the first vehicle she wanted to show me and we took the 2005 Saturn VUE for a test drive. I really like the overall experience in the vehicle and potential monthly payment I would have for it based on my information. Mr. Myron Martinez was the Business Manager that finalized all my financing and completed my full trade in and sale all in less than 2 hours!
