I am a huge fan of Mr. Jerry Reynolds, host of The Car Pro Radio Show, and once we had decided that we wanted to find "the best deal" possible on a new or late model, low mileage Ford EDGE, Jerry strongly Pro Radio Show, and once we had decided that we wanted to find "the best deal" possible on a new or late model, low mileage Ford EDGE, Jerry strongly recommended that we call Terry Rich, the GM at Five-Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Texas, and he gave me their phone number. If you are thinking "vehicles", get acquainted with Jerry Reynolds, The Car Guy. We called the dealership, told the phone receptionist we wished to speak to Terry Rich. Terry came on the line, invited us to meet with him to discuss what we were looking for. We were VERY impressed with Terry's obvious honesty, candor, and ability to explain in simple, easy-to- understand terms the factors we should consider in our car-buying decision. He asked us to outline what we wanted in the car we would purchase, and what our goal for our monthly payment was. Terry then told us he was going to have Mr. Rick Dike, one of his most experienced people, help us find what we were looking for at a price we could be comfortable with, and Rick Dike did exactly that. Rick Dike's business card reads "Sales and Leasing Manager", but it could just as well say "Customer Satisfaction Manager". After we had driven two different 2013 Ford Edge SEL with all the optional features we wanted, Becky and I were at an impasse over Exterior Paint Color and Interior Trim Color. Rick found the vehicle that made us both happy at the Five Start Ford dealership in Plano, and had it transferred down to the NRH store that evening. 2013 Ruby Red Metallic with Medium Light Stone (beige) Interior w/ Heated Leather Seats, Navigation System, Power Liftgate, etc. Anthony Snyder, 5-Star Ford NRH Finance Manager then helped us get our financing set up, and "Tony" was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and delightful to work with. He helped us select an Extended Service Plan that would fit our budget, and guided us through signing all the paperwork. Thanks, Tony! Finally, Rick Dike, our "Customer Satisfaction Manager", had Charlie "Carlos" Hernandez, one of the 5-Star Sales Professionals, give us a training session on the four systems of our new 2013 Ford Edge SEL - Climate Controls, Entertainment System, Navigation (Map/GPS) and Bluetooth smart phone setups. Another GREAT 5-Star Ford champion - Thanks, Carlos! Becky and I both greatly appreciate the "customer comes first" attitude of Terry Rich, Rike Dike, Anthony Snyder, and Carlos Hernandez, and their efforts to make our car buying experience both enjoyable and successful in getting exactly what the car we were looking for. I took my truck to these guys and they took great care of me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way for a long time so he talked to robert morgan and they covered the whole cost except for the 100$ deductible WHICH WAS AWESOME NEWS. The reason why I would recommend this service department over anyone else is because they treat you like one of the family and keep you informed about your vehicle. More
