Kolynn also sat in my car and with such patients he went over everything in my car with me and was a great help,it takes me a while to catch on and he told me to come back as many times as I needed and didn't make me feel stupid. My wife hates the whole car buying experience, so we research the cars she was interested in online. We then work with Chad Ritter, an Internet Sales Manager at 5 Star Ford to set up a test drive of the research the cars she was interested in online. Once my wife and I decided which car she wanted, we returned to Chad's office to negotiate a price. To our surprise the first price he quoted was very fair. There was not a lot of going back and forth on the price and Chad having to go to his managers office to get the price where we wanted it. Even the time in the Finance Managers office was quick and painless. In less than 4 hours the whole car buying process was over and my wife was drive the car she wanted at the price I wanted. Hector is an experienced professional and it shows. It was pouring rain when I went in to look at a Toyota Camry Solara that was listed on the website. He showed me all the bells and whistles the car has, opening doors, the hood, the trunk, and had me sit inside to get a feel for it. It's beautiful! I had to drive it. My husband and I both drove the car and the test drive was a positive experience. Again, Hector pulled under an awning at a gas station to change drivers so we wouldn't get wet. There were a couple of other Solaras in the area that we wanted to see before making a decision. Unlike some other dealers, Hector got our contact information, thanked us, and let us go. We didn't have to wait for his manager to come try to talk us into something - or even just say hello. That time savings turned out to be fairly critical later that evening. We came back to see whether we could agree on price and purchase the car. Just before closing time, we made the deal. Even though I'm sure he was more than ready to go home, Hector went out in the rain again and took the car to detail while we were in the finance office. This experiance exceeded my wildest expectations. I was having a major problem in attempting to purchase a replacement vehicle. I was about to stop trying and just put some money into my clunker. I was called back in a short time to tell me that I was approved for financing. Then we talked about vehicles. "WE" came to an understanding about my needs. I believe Chad had to accomplish most of the leg work. H called me Tues night 10/2/12 and said I have you car and it is a really good deal. I went there today and was blown away by the service I received. It was as if I were the only customer they had.
