While I cannot state that I got the absolute best price for my trade in and absolute lowest price for the new purchase, the agreed to "bottom line" was what was needed to consummate the sale. This includes aftermarket items, one of which was so recently added to the market that the aftermarket manager has to contact his supplier, that I asked to include with the vehicle at delivery. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new Ford. The only thing that is a detractor is the emphasis at the dealership on completing this survey with all "5" ratings. We added 'Skylink' to our car and William Conner was informative and was knoledgable about what he was selling without being too pushy. I have avoided buying a new car since 2003 because I hate the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales manage the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales managers office. And most of the time while the salesman is supposed to haggling for your best deal, he is actually shooting the breeze with the boss while you sweat. This was not the case with Five Star Ford NRH. I had discussed my situation and needs at length with Jerry Reynolds "the Car Pro" and he recommended that I contact Terry Rich. Terry hooked me up with Rick Dikes who was a breath of fresh air. Two phone calls and Rick gave me a quote that was $1500 lower than my best deal that I could find. I tried to haggle and he brought in the incentives that I was unaware of. My wife had already picked out the car she wanted and all we had to do was go for a test drive and sign papers. It took longer for the computer guru to teach us the "synch" than it did for us to buy the car- which was 4K below the sticker.
