My husband bought a new Ford F150 in September from 5 Star Ford and we had a really good experience. It was my turn to trade my car in for a newer model so I looked online at their used inventory and fo Star Ford and we had a really good experience. It was my turn to trade my car in for a newer model so I looked online at their used inventory and found the exact car I wanted, a Ford Escape. I would rather work with salesreps in person so I went to the dealership and was greeted immediately by my friendly sales rep Doreen. She was very helpful, quick and not pushy. I took me a few days to get my financing from my out of state credit union but Doreen and her manager were a great help getting me everything I need and making sure I was taken care of. I will definately be back when it is time for another car and would recommend Doreen and her management team to anyone looking for a new or used car! More

He had everything ready for us as we drove in at 4pm on Monday evening,We were tired had been driving from 4am, no problems it was waiting for us. We can't say enough how great these 2 men are. So personable, know your needs & they get them for you. I don't think anyone would be displeased when your working with such great people. Also we had the best man help us with all the paper work (can't remember his name). He helped us descided what we needed. He met our needs. What a great man.
