I had an amazing experience with the Ford dealership, and I feel compelled to share it with everyone. Despite the aging facility, the service at this dealership is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, you are met with friendly greetings and a warm welcome. The facility even offers refreshments for customers, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. What stood out to me the most was the non-pushy approach of the salespeople, who allowed me the space to browse without feeling pressured. Despite living in McKinney, I willingly drive over thirty miles to visit this location, and I have no regrets. My credit union recommended this dealership to me after I had unpleasant experiences at other locations. However, my experience at this Ford dealership completely changed my perspective on car buying. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Wilson, and I can't speak highly enough of him. Not only is he an exceptional salesperson, but he is also a wonderful human being. When I wanted to do a lease buyout on my Ford Explorer, Mr. Wilson went above and beyond to help me through the process. Unlike other Ford locations, where I felt pressured to sign another lease or purchase a different vehicle, Mr. Wilson understood my needs and made the process stress-free. Thanks to him, I left the dealership with a new Ford that had 39,000 miles, bumper-to-bumper coverage, and a great monthly payment. I was so impressed with Mr. Wilson's service that two days later, I brought my oldest child to the dealership to explore purchasing a vehicle. I have full confidence in Mr. Wilson and have recommended him to my other children for when they purchase their vehicles. Raed and Ford Star Dallas were wonderful to work with when buying our Ford F150.
