Service Mgr was nice in trying to explain. However it should not take 3 weeks just to diagnose if there is a problem. I agree that specialist would take longer to work on problem. If Ford service takes that long I will reconsider who I choose in 3 years. More

I went to visit this current dealership yesterday, and your so called salesmen was very rude. Instead of helping he was judging and replying with rude comments. Will never ever return here. Liz is great. We had our car in for service and accidentally left a very expensive video game in the loaner car. I was there when they reopened and I walked in the door and Liz said Mrs. Flores I h accidentally left a very expensive video game in the loaner car. Liz has been with 5 Star for a long time and I have never received anything but top rate rated service from her. Within minutes here came Jacob with the game and my grandkids jackets. I trust 5 Star and the people in all departments and the service is why I always come back. One last thing Vicky that answered my phone call Saturday went above and beyond to help me. She called me back at least twice to let me know that she had spoke with people in the service department and they would be expecting me. Thank you all ! More
