I had a bunch of issues with my SUV that needed to be addressed by the dealer. Lauren, the service advisor was always prompt and came prepared with cost estimates. She didn't beat around the bush or make addressed by the dealer. Lauren, the service advisor was always prompt and came prepared with cost estimates. She didn't beat around the bush or make thing weird either. In the end, they had my car for one week and was willing to lend me a courtesy car. Because of the wait and back and forth convos from Lauren, she was able to give us a discount. It wasn't expected but so greatly appreciated. My car is now back to normal and running as expected.
