This is the second new Subaru I've purchased from Five Star and Spenser Fuller since June. This one was for my son, Cameron. I also helped my mom purchase a used Subaru in July from Spenser. I worked for a large automotive dealer for 4 years. During that time, I traveled to many stores across the country. Not 1 had the same relentless dedication to customer service that Five Star Subaru has. Spenser Fuller is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Friendly, knowledgeable, detailed. Spenser kept me informed at every step through the ordering process. I never had to wonder where we were in the process from the date we ordered (8/5), until the day we took delivery (10/14). Moving forward, I will only buy Subaru's from Five Star and only from Spenser Fuller. I also want to thank Doug Laymon. He was great throughout this process too. My son, Cameron, is a passionate car guy who loves everything Subaru. He already has a list of modifications he wants to make to his Impreza.
