Very nice service area, snacks and drinks provided which is thoughtful, exceptionally clean, there was a sweet lady restocking the break area and wiping everything down, all with a smile! Our only complaint is it took them 4 hours to fix our car, our appt was at 10:00, we arrived before 9:30, I finally asked why it was taking so long after 3 hours and finally was brought back to us after 4 hours, all for a hole in the compressor. It sat outside for 1.5-2.00 hours before they ever brought it inside to work on. I think they were super slammed today but the issue we had was, we still had a 6 hour drive to return home and no one seemed to be in much of a hurry. Just disappointed to have to wait that long, but all the employees were very kind. More

This team was amazing! ! I saw the car I wanted online and reached out - I got an immediate response from Derek, which included a little personalized video of the car! It w ! I went in the next morning, got a value on my trade-in and purchased my new car - in and out in 2 hours! We had to go back the next day to sign one more document. We took our dog with us and they let us bring her in, they gave her special treats and so many people came and talked to us (really to her - ha)! It was a great experience and we will definitely buy our next vehicle from the Five Star Subaru of Grapevine team!! More
