Very good experience. I was able to research details online and see many photos. Then Taylor sent a video and talked us through the features. Time was a challenge to get to the dealership but when we finally made it on a rainy night and Mitch gave us a good test drive. Having a trade in is not fun; never seem to get much. However, the rest of the experience was very good. We made another late trip to make the purchase and Taylor had the vehicle ready and we closed a deal in less than an hour believe it or not. I can support subaru as a manufacturer easily. It's a great car, but what made the difference was this dealership. Currently it is hard to find a vehicle and most dealerships are taking advantage of this great car, but what made the difference was this dealership. Currently it is hard to find a vehicle and most dealerships are taking advantage of this by finding ways to charge more. This dealership offered multiple discounts for me without my request and did not pressure me into a buy. Darrell was extremely helpful and willing to answer any question while the dealership as a whole obviously took pride in making sure the customer was taken care of.
