Rio Manalo of Five Star Subaru in Grapevine Texas is outstanding! My wife and I were just checking out cars on our day off (Saturday), she approached us and greeted us right away. They were 5 stars until the last two experiences. Customer service was poor with Tyson and good with Mike. It used to be excellent. They were both friendly but they missed the mark.
