From the outset, they demonstrated a commitment to not just addressing my concern but ensuring that the solution was complete and successful. Even when it meant taking extra steps and additional time to rectify the issue with my vehicle, their dedication to getting it right was evident. When I purchased my automobile, the salesperson assured me that they have a white-glove servicing center. I initially assumed it was a sales pitch, but it is now evident that the Flemington BMW service department operates with a high standard of excellence, and this makes all the difference. More

My x5 had a recall and needed some service work so I was met by Laura upon dropping my vehicle off at bmw Flemington. I have never felt so welcomed and made sure all my concerns were addressed and concluded met by Laura upon dropping my vehicle off at bmw Flemington. I have never felt so welcomed and made sure all my concerns were addressed and concluded w a loaner vehicle to use while my repairs were being worked on . Laura was great and had me informed daily via a text or call to let me know the progress of the repairs . I’ll be a forever customer now from the experience I’ve received from Laura Varga. I’ve been in sales my whole life so it’s great to still see someone so nice and caring as Laura is in her profession. We often need more people like her in the sales and service industry ! More
