I originally planned to custom order a 2022 M240i from my local dealer, Circle BMW in Eatontown, but they wanted $5,000 over MSRP. I then called Flemington BMW based on a recommendation from a co-worker. Ana local dealer, Circle BMW in Eatontown, but they wanted $5,000 over MSRP. I then called Flemington BMW based on a recommendation from a co-worker. Anatoliy immediately, without haggling/negotiation, offered the car at MSRP and took a deposit over the phone. Within a few days I got an allocation/order number and things began moving along. It was a long wait but after 5.5 months, the car finally arrived at the dealership. He responded quickly to status inquiries/random questions via email over these 5 months. I called him on the day the car reached the dealership and he asked to wait a few days for delivery to ensure the transaction would be smooth when I arrived. I told him that after waiting so long, I wanted the car that day. He called back a few minutes later and said I could head over to the dealership, which was over an hour away. Everything in the dealerships control went smoothly, except the NJ DMV's temp tag system was down so they could not print a temp tag/plate for me. They accommodated this by letting me take the car home with a dealer plate, which they offered to pick up from me so I did not have to drive back to the dealership. Anatoliy came to my job the next day to pick up the dealer tag and provide me the temp tag from NJ DMV. I had financing already situated with a good rate and they were able to get me a better rate with BMW Financial so I took it, saving me a few bucks. The car was nicer than expected with only 14 miles on the clock. I did not want the dealership to remove the plastic from the panels/seats and detail it but they did, and luckily the detail was flawless, the finish on the paint looked great. It was exactly as ordered and I was 100% happy with my experience. I unfortunately will need to go to my local dealer for service due to Flemington being over an hour away, but I will definitely go back to them for future purchases. The no price haggling in today's car market was a huge plus. More

I scheduled a full detail but they were also able to fit me in for an oil and filter change also. Anyway, the detail was amazing and they fixed the netting in the trunk, which I didn’t even ask for.
