All we did was show up with a deposit. They even handled getting the second set of tires from the other dealer for our Trade In, worked directly with the insurance agent to have the new car ready for delivery date. We cannot say enough about the positve experience we had with them. There was a hiccup with the original delivery date - they immediately notified us and provided a solution. We could not be happier working with Flemington BMW. I want to buy another car already. And all of this is topped off by how much we LOVE our new X7!!!
