The first moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted immediately with courtesy and respect and that continued throughout the entire process. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Flemington far surpassed the others. My salesperson was extremely professional and courteous and answered all my questions in person and over the phone. This is the first BMW I have ever purchased so there was a steep learning curve for me and Anatolly was very patient and reassuring. Same with Noha--her subject matter was definitely not as fun as learning about the car, but she got me through it with her expertise, patience and sage advice. All in all, this was a very low key pleasant experience and a welcomed surprise. And the car is absolutely best one I have ever owned--sorry I didn't purchase one sooner. More
