The BMW X1 was one of our finalists, along with two vehicles from other brands. All are excellent automobiles and would have been good fits to our family. BMW won our business through their exceptional customer service. Annette LeBlanc spent a significant amount of time with us on a busy day at the dealership, patiently explaining the differences between various models and helping us feel confident that the X1 was the right choice in the BMW product line. She introduced us to Dan Egan, who continued our very positive experience, including getting us answers to some uncommon questions and encouraging us to take multiple test drives so we could get a better sense of the X1. At no time did we feel like Dan was trying to force something on us; instead, he took great care to match available inventory with features high on our wish list and went so far as to suggest not purchasing particular vehicles which might not meet our needs. (As an aside, he knew what those needs were as a direct result of spending time listening and learning.) After the sale, he continued to take care of us through the paperwork and followup visits. He and Annette both are great ambassadors of the dealership and the BMW brand. I can honestly say that they won our business. It is perhaps odd to describe interaction with dealer personnel as building a relationship, but we feel like we've built a positive relationship in this case. Kudos to Flemington BMW on having this caliber of employee on the team! More

BEYOND MY ESPECTATIONS As per the above title line I expected the usual premium vehicle experience as I have owned all of the usual premium vehicles- Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, As per the above title line I expected the usual premium vehicle experience as I have owned all of the usual premium vehicles- Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, etc. and in all of those the experiences was mediocre at best for one reason or another. This is my first BMW. First let’s start with my sales person, Chris Leahy. Chris was totally knowledgeable about the X3 ( I have had experiences where the sales person hardly knew anything about the vehicle they were selling). Chris was patient and courteous on the test drive; &. When we came back my mind was immediately made up to start a transaction. On the day of delivery when I had to turn in my lease car to the former dealership, Chris picked me up to deliver me to Flemington BMW (& the other dealership was not exactly around the corner). On delivery of the ‘18 X3- Chris took all the time in the world to make sure I understood & felt totally comfortable before I left to drive home to Pennsylvania (not around the corner, either). And now let’s get to the Sales Manager, Vince Dillon— who made sure from start to finish everything went just right. I cannot think him enough. I already spoke by phone with “Trini”, the BMW GENIUS, who clarified a few questions I had.. Everyone here so far (I only have the vehicle 6 days) is really on the ball. A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!
