The first contact was by email initiated by us, with prompt follow ups by email, even on the weekends after hours and then by phone at the beginning of the work week.The communication was always prompt and comprehensive. Chris Leahy was our salesperson and we would recommend him to everyone.He explained what we needed to know, worked with us through a deadline we needed to meet and never once was high pressure. He worked to get us the deal we wanted and the time we spent at the dealership ( we drove and hour and half each way to get there) was well spent. Buying a new car is stressful, even though some dealers told us it should be "fun". For me, it isn't fun, but it was the best car buying experience we have had.
