I've owned four BMW's and ever since I tried them for service, they have serviced all of them since. For my most recent car, I worked with Greg Eckert as my sales advisor and Becky Kosar in finance. Greg made me feel comfortable and conveyed the sense of having my best interest at heart from day one. He knows the cars well and was able answer all of my questions and offer info I didn't think to ask. Becky explained everything and was professional. I just picked up my car today but I will look forward to my next purchase will the confidence that I can expect another pleasurable experience. John (manager) spoke with me several times during my visits and was a pleasure to work with.
