By far, the service we received, from the moment we walked in for our appointment to our drive out with our brand new BMW, was exceptional. Our Client Advisor, Bill Hinton, was very attentive and professional as he worked with us in getting us the best pricing for our trade-in and applicable dealership incentives. Bill, along with other BMW staff members (Becky, Mike and Ed), stayed late after closing hours that day to ensure that all necessary paperwork was completed so that we may take delivery of the car as scheduled. He even provided us with a loaner car in the interim until our scheduled delivery date of our new car! To further illustrate the exceptional service we received from the BMW staff was their accommodation to an advertised financing incentive on the date of our new car pick up.
