Professional, honest, friendly, and ultra helpful, he had us test drive two different CPO vehicles that we were interested in and also had us take a look at several of those same models in different colors. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to make the deal. We wound up deciding on a BMW 330x drive and we negotiated both a fair price on the purchase, and on our trade-in. Kursad was willing to work with us, and in turn, we purchased a vehicle from him and cannot be happier. Catherine Ferry, the Business Manager was also wonderful to work with. She was honest, friendly, and gave us all the options in plain English and we appreciated that.
